Marin is a name of a bicycle maker from California.

It is named after Marin County, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, where many who work in San Francisco live just outside the city, in a more natural setting, from cities such as San Rafael, San Anselmo, Mill Valley, Novato, Nicasio , Bolinas, Corte Madera, to rural areas of great ocean scenery, wooded areas, hills and lots of bicycling! I was staying in San Rafael, last year, and was struck by the beauty of the area, how much fun it is, with many winding roads, heartfelt character and perfect for cycling!

Marin bicycles’ models are named after places in the county, with the following bicycles named after Nicasio and Corte Madera. The reason why is because this is this area is synonym with enjoyment of the outdoors. It has rural and city type aspects to various areas, with still old school types living in places like Bolinas, where the seaside atmosphere brings one back to the 70’s. The roads are made for cycling enjoyment, and for those who are active and love life!

The Corte Madera SE is a very affordable discounted price to 58500 yen + TAX, while the upscale, thickly tired, cross bike / off road Nicasio SE goes for 75,000 yen + TAX

We look forward to seeing you !! Come to Y’s Road and check out the Marin bicycles, along with all our road, cross, and triathlon bicycles, along with folds such as Brompton and Duhon.
