Chigasaki Style: Pinarello Prince FX custom built!

We are now in December! Merry Christmas !!

Recently, a dear customer, came into Y’s Road Chigasaki, having recently moved to Japan, from England. He and his lovely wife were looking at road bicycles, and he was interested in the Pinarello bicycles, more so, the Prince FX frame set, The latest evolution of the all around bike coming from the technology development for the top elite, tour de france and giro d’italia champion Dogma F 10, but adapted for a less extreme use and more affordable price tag, maintaining the legendary ride of Pinarello , the highest standard in world road racing.

 

I asked the owner if it was all right to blog his bicycle on this site, and he gave his approval, so I’m thankful for his gracious response, and of course, buying the frame set and components from Y’s Road.

His Prince FX is equipped with full Shimano 105 components, Campagnolo Shamal Ultra Wheels and Continental GP 4000 S II tires, Most ultragrip Orange bar tape. The frame set is a carbon 900T, asymetric frame, fork Onda with ICR internal cable routing in the color of gradient vulcano. The price of the frame set is 455,000 + TAX. It is a size 56. Assembled, the Prince FX came in around 700,000 yen including TAX. A very special Pinarello, indeed!
