Chigasaki Style: Kabuto Aero Helmet Shield

Hello! This is the last day(1/27) of the 2019 Wai Wai Sale, where everything is 5% off with the Y’s Club Card, so hurry on down for the last few hours to take advantage of savings on your bicycling needs!  Today, I’ve got the Kabuto ARS shield to show.  There are various colors such as pink mirror, clear, smoke, silver mirror, gold mirror and photochromatic.  I’m going to show the blue mirror version, which attaches by magnet to the front of the Kabuto Aero R-1 helmet, sold separately. 

The visor itself is of a light blue, translucent color, but as one can see, the mirror quality gives it a luminescence of variety, making it somewhat a rainbow’d appearance.

Looking through the shield, from an inside the helmet viewpoint, one can see it is blue to the eye, which gives it a cooling effect, while giving protection to the eyes and shading.  The variations of color and mirror type give anywhere from clear viewing to better contrast viewing to clear viewing depending on choice.
