It’s July, and time for the new 2020 models to begin arriving!  At Y’s Road Chigasaki, a brand new Cannondale SuperSix Evo is in stock.  The SuperSix Evo has had a complete makeover featuring a more aerodynamic frame and comfort-enhancing dropped seat stays.  The frame utilizes aerodynamic tube profiles throughout, which gives equal or better stiffness than round tubes, while reducing drag up to 30 percent and shaving 19 grams from the frameset weight of a 56 cm frame. 

       

 

 

The biggest aerodynamic benefit from Cannondale is the new SuperSix Evo is 30 watts faster at 30 mph than previoSix Evo’s and 9watts faster than any of the current competition from the same frameset category.

 

 

 

 

The geometry fits squarely between the aero focused SystemSix and the endurance oriented Synapse allowing for a very comfortable ride as it has a slightly raised front end with a shorter reach.  The 2020 SuperSix Evo has new internal cable routing.  This all carbon framed bicycle has both disc brake and direct mount rim brake frame sets available.  Currently the SuperSix Evo in stock is a size 51 Shimano 105 equipped model, priced at 220,000 yen +TAX.
