The Alpe D’Huez hill climb is one of the most famous at the Tour De France and world wide.  The Time Alpe D’Huez 21 is named after the 21 hair pin curves of the climb.   

 

 

 

The name commemorates the climb with a carbon road frame set, and is a high standard quality in ride and performance.  Time bicycles are made with a Resin Transfer Moulding(RTM) design, which consists of injecting resin under pressure into a mold to obtain a solid homogeneous structure. It uses over 6200 fibers in making the Alpe D’Huez 21, much more than other companies use.  It takes 22 hours to build the 21 frame set, showing the dedication and meticulous drive for quality by Time.
